By purchasing an apartment at Cofresi Hills Residence, you become the life time owner of a premium investment apartment in Puerto Plata.
A yearly passive income is calculated on the basis of profits from rental and the increase in the capital value of the property. The evaluated amount for the type of properties in the region of Puerto Plata is c.a. 8%. It is individual though, and is subject to the mutual agreement between you and Cofresi Hills Residence, which is confidential.
