Passive Income
By purchasing an apartment at Cofresi Hills Residence, you become the life time owner of a premium investment apartment in Puerto Plata.
You are the owner of the apartment, that makes money, when you are not using it. A yearly passive income is calculated on the basis of profits from rental and the increase in the capital value of the property. The evaluated amount for the type of properties in the region of Puerto Plata is c.a. 8%. It is individual though, and is subject to the mutual agreement between you and Cofresi Hills Residence, which is confidential.

Tax Deduction
The Dominican Republic government offers a number of tax investment incentives for direct investors. Their type and amount depend on the investor's country of origin.

Managed Service
For the price of the flat, you get a full-service management of your property. We will take care of the promotion and holiday rental of your flat, servicing the guests staying there, hotel service, repairs and maintenance. We will do all the work for you and you focus only on benefits.
